Release of Lability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Challenge, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risks: I understand that participating in physical activities and exercise programs carries inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of bodily injury, illness, and other health issues. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in the Challenge.
Health and Medical Conditions: I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical or health conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the Challenge. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional prior to beginning any exercise or dietary program, especially if I have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns.
Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Goliath Media Solutions Inc., its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or other harm that may occur as a result of my participation in the Challenge.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goliath Media Solutions Inc., its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred as a result of any claims or lawsuits brought against them arising out of or related to my participation in the Challenge.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Release of Liability Agreement. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
