However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • To qualify for a refund, you must have purchased the 90 Day Challenge directly from Goliath Media Solutions Inc.

    • Refund requests must be made within 120 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Refund Conditions:

    • We offer a satisfaction guarantee refund policy.

    • Refunds will only be granted if you have diligently followed the entire 90 Day Challenge program as instructed, including adherence to meal plans, workout routines, and other program guidelines.

    • You must provide documented evidence of your active participation in the program, such as completed weigh in logs and adherence to meal plans.

    • Refunds will only be considered if you have not experienced any measurable results in terms of fitness progress or achievement of your stated goals, despite earnestly following the program.

  3. Exclusions:

    • Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, lack of commitment, or failure to follow the program as outlined.

    • Refunds will not be granted for any portion of the program that you did not utilize or complete.

    • Additional products or services purchased alongside the 90 Day Challenge are not eligible for refunds.

  4. Refund Process:

    • You will be required to provide detailed information regarding your participation in the program and the reasons for your refund request.

    • Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation to support your claim.

    • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10 days and issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Dispute Resolution:

    • In the event of a dispute regarding eligibility for a refund or the terms of our refund policy, Goliath Media Solutions Inc. reserves the right to make a final determination based on the evidence provided.
