There will be templated meal plans to fit for a variety of starting weights. The most important piece will be the lesson to reading your body and its reactions to foods to know when to add, or subtract.

Everyday, a video will be posted explaining the workouts to be done and how to execute them proprely!

Although these are not individual plans, ill give as much time as humanly possible to answer the questions in the group, and make sure everyone is taken care of!

They will all be recorded, and posted afterwards! if you have questions and cannot attend, I will also create a thread weekly to ask your questions so I can address them in the calls!
